Garlic Parmesan Pork Chops

 large potatoes, thinly sliced
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• Salt and pepper, to taste
• 1 teaspoon thyme (optional)
Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a greased baking dish, layer half of the potatoes.
3. In a bowl, mix heavy cream, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and thyme. Pour half over the potatoes.
4. Sprinkle half of the cheddar and Parmesan cheese on top.
5. Repeat the layers with the remaining potatoes, cream mixture, and cheeses.
6. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until the top is golden and bubbly.
